The following are answers to questions we are most frequently asked.

1. Does THE LAUNDRY STATION charge a delivery or membership fee?
No membership fee. You will be charged the laundry station listed prices, the same as if you visited one of our stores, however a $1.00 fuel adjustment fee will be charged per month. 

2. Do you use Perc in your cleaning?
No. THE LAUNDRY STATION uses an environmentally friendlier cleaning process that leaves your clothes without that "dry cleaning" smell.

3. Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?
You choose the location you would like our courteous drivers to service. Its best if you choose a weather-sheltered location.

4. What type of bag do I use to put my clothes in for pick-up?
At no charge we will provide sturdy LAUNDRY STATION laundry bags. If you do not have a LAUNDRY STATION bag, just leave your dry cleaning in a plastic bag in your usual drop-off location. Please be sure to mark "Dry Cleaning for THE LAUNDRY STATION" on the bag in large letters. Your driver will pick it up and leave a bag for your next order. If at any time you decide to no longer enjoy the convenience of pick-up and delivery service, please arrange for pick up of the valet bags. If in the event you choose to keep the bags, there will be a $15.00 charge per bag.

5. How do I get my special LAUNDRY STATION laundry bag?
Your driver leaves one for you each time he picks up your clothes.

6. Do I have to be there when the drop-off or pick-up is made?
No. There is no need to be home to use the service. Your driver will service your pre-designated location.

7. How do I pay for your service?
Your cleaning will be charged to your credit card, debit card or checking  account on your delivery date. Our drivers do not collect or carry cash. You will receive a LAUNDRY STATION monthly statement that documents your charges. 

8. How do I change my personal information and/or preferences?
Go to the Members Login section at the top of the navigation bar, call our Customer Care Center at 904-713-8181 or email us at delivery@thelaundrystation.com

9. How will I know my scheduled drop-off and pick-up days?
Upon sign-up, you will receive via email a confirmation of your start date. In addition, on our first visit our driver will leave you a welcome kit which will include, among other things, your scheduled drop-off and pick-up days.

10. How do I tell THE LAUNDRY STATION about a special request/issue with my garments?
Simply leave a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment (including color, fabric type and label if possible) along with your specific cleaning instructions. 

11. What do I do if I have a problem with my order after I get my clothes back?
Contact a LAUNDRY STATION customer care representative within 14 days by email at delivery@thelaundrystation.com, via the Contact Us page or by phone at 904-713-8181. Please include your name and address in your message.

12. My office/apartment building is serviced by THE LAUNDRY STATION - how do I start using your service?
Signing up is easy to do through your office or apartment building contact person. They will give you a form to fill in and include with your first order as well as a LAUNDRY STATION dry cleaning bag. 

13. How do you keep my credit card information safe?
We use Verisign encryption and authentication services for all web transactions to ensure that no one can read any information that is transmitted over the internet to us.
